Wireless Network
Cornerstone Church believes in community. And a large portion of today's community revolves around the internet. With this in mind, we have FREE Wireless Internet Access built into our Studebaker facility. We encourage visitors to Cornerstone to enjoy this service while onsite. Instructions for doing so follow.
(1) Using your personal laptop computer, search for Available Wireless Networks. You will find at least five (and often more) as follows:
Cornerstone GUEST = Semi-secured network
for our guests to use to access the Internet
Cornerstone AV = Secured network exlusively
for our AV Team's use. Please do not attempt
to access this network.
Cornerstone STAFF = Secured network for the
exclusive use of our Staff. Please do not use
without proper authorization.
beachnet = Unsecured internet access for
Cal State Long Beach students, neighbors and guests
campus-domain = Secured network for the exclusive use of Cal State Long Beach
staff and workers located in our building. Please do not attempt to use without
proper authorization.
Other Networks = You may see other wireless networks in your search. These
belong to our neighbors in the immediate area. These should never be accessed
by anyone at Cornerstone or Cal State Long Beach.
(2) To access the Cornerstone GUEST network, click one the corresponding icon and connect via your normal method.
(3) Then launch your internet browser and attempt to link to any website address.
(4) You will eventually be presented with an Authorization dialog box. The Cornerstone GUEST network is a semi-secured network - meaning that a password is required to access it. This password is public, but it changes on a regular basis. To get the current password, please ask at the information desk or any member of the Cornerstone staff.
(5) Type in the Username as "guest"

(6) Type in the current Password (see above)
(7) Then click the Continue button
You will then be redirected to the webpage you were originally trying to access.
Enjoy!
