Please submit this information if you would like to come to VBS '12. The dates are July 23-27 and times are 9am-12noon. All children are required to have a registration form on file for the week of VBS. You can print out a copy of the registration form or you can pick up one from the kids lobby at church.  Return completed form by Friday, July 20 for a quicker check-in on Monday 7/23!
VBS is for children ages Preschool (must be at least 3 yrs old AND potty trained) up through (entering) 5th grade.
