Everyone’s life story has unexpected twists and turns. Some turns leave you breathless in the clouds while other twists leave you exhausted in the dumps. Have you ever been falsely accused? Have you suffered unjustly for something you had no control over? The turbulent and terrific life of Joseph teaches us lessons on facing life’s extreme situations. How would you handle being your father’s favorite but abandoned by your brothers? How would you act if you were literally a slave or a prisoner held without cause? On the other hand, what would you be like if you were the ruler of the world? Just like you, Joseph had to deal with a life of ups and downs. What kept Joseph from cracking under the pressure? What held him together when his world was blowing apart? Joseph knew God, trusted God and hoped in God with amazing tenacity and grace. You can do the same no matter what life throws at you if you learn some powerful life lessons from Joseph.

Jerry is married to Sue, a professional educator, author and President of Brain Rehabilitation And Injury Network (www.thebrainsite.org), a national non-profit organization to provide research, recovery and residual care to brain injured adults.

Jerry and Sue are parents of three grown children and they reside in Huntington Beach, California where Jerry enjoys cycling, golf and beach sports. Jerry’s passions are to love the Lord Jesus Christ, to serve God by equipping believers, to persuade believers to answer God’s unique call on their lives and to prepare his church to declare the good news of the gospel to the entire world.
