Cornerstone is blessed to have its own counselor-in-residence, Doug Tweedy. Doug holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Ministries from the Talbot School of Theology,1989.

With over thirty years of serving in Christian Counseling, Doug is passionate about pointing individuals toward biblical healing and restoration (Psalm 147:3) as they navigate the challenges of life.  Doug considers it a privilege to come alongside those who are hurting by helping them to understand themselves from God’s perspective (Psalm 139:1–4 & Jeremiah 17:9-10), deepen their relationship with God, and learn to seek Jesus as their ultimate Counselor (John 14:26).
