Help answer people’s questions, direct them to classrooms and welcome newcomers.

• Commitments is 15-20 minutes before, between or after services on Sunday morning.
• You can volunteer for a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation.
• Looking for 5-6 volunteers and a Lead for this ministry.

+ GREETERS

Welcome people at the main entrances with a warm hello.

• Commitment is 40 minutes (30 minutes before service starts, and 10 minutes into service)
• You can volunteer on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation.

+ SECURITY-FIRST RESPONDERS

Help keep everyone safe and healthy by being a part of the team that responds to any medical emergencies or potential safety issues.

• Open slots on Sunday mornings, Sunday evening during Prayer/Worship service and Wednesday evenings.

+ PARKING

Help direct traffic within our parking lot and keep people safe as they enter and exit.

• Commitment is between services on Sundays. (10:15-11:00am).
• Future positions will be needed before and after services when shuttles start back up again.
• You can volunteer on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation.

+ USHERS

Welcome people as they enter the worship center, hand out bulletins, and assist people in finding seats. Other duties also include collecting offering and handing out communion when appropriate.

• Commitment is 15-30 minutes at the start and end of the assigned service.
• You can volunteer on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation.

+ NAME BADGE TABLE

Help people sign up for a name badge at the appropriate table.

• Commitment is 20 minutes before and after the Saturday night service.
• You can volunteer on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation.

+ RECEPTION DESK

Welcome people in the front office during the week and answer phones. Training will be provided.

• Reoccurring need on the 2nd and 4th Monday mornings every month from 10:00am-12noon (for staff meetings). You can volunteer for just one or both Mondays per month.
• An “as needed” volunteer on an occasionally basis.

+ OFFERING COUNTER ASSISTANT

Assist the finance director in counting and organizing the offering from the weekend.

• Must be available on Monday mornings.
• Works as part of a team.

+ FIRST CONNECTION LUNCHEON

1 Lead and 2-3 volunteers needed. Responsibilities include food ordering and set-up/takedown. The luncheon takes place 3 times/year. You would work directly with the Kitchen Coordinator.

+ COFFEE MINISTRY

Help setup and serve coffee and doughnuts before between and after services

• Can volunteer on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis
• 4 volunteers Sat night
• 6 volunteers Sun morning

+ MEMORIAL TEAM

Minister to hurting families by helping setup and serve food for receptions after memorials at Cornerstone.

• Dates and times vary depending on the need.
• 10 volunteers needed

+ EVENT TEAM

Help setup and serve food for events such as Christmas celebrations, end of year parties and program kick-offs. *Dates and times vary depending on the need (usually weekday nights or Saturday mornings)

+ BAPTISM – 3 Ceremonies per year (on Sunday afternoons)

Greet people as they arrive for the ceremony, help direct those getting baptized, and general assistance with the flow of the ceremony.

• 3 ceremonies per year on Sunday afternoons.

+ Broadcast / Livestream Team

Work as a part of the broadcast team.
