"1 Corinthians is a letter from Paul confronting the Corinthians on their divisions and lack of maturity in Christ. This sermon series is designed to show us how to be unified in Christ, and how to be mature, faithful believers in a world full of darkness and corruption."

For Cornerstone Youth, we believe that relationships are some of the most joyful and fruitful gifts that we can ever receive, and the most important relationship that we desire our students to have is one with God. For our Wednesday evenings, we are going through a series in our small groups called “Behold Your God: Magnify His Majesty”, where we will encourage our students to know God through His Word and in His works. To know God is to love Him and His creation, and this results in living a life of serving Him with a genuine heart attitude. Join us for this awesome study as learn, discuss, and pray with one another in our small groups!

Mission Statement:

We exist as a community of believers to L. E. A. D. by maturing in the unity of faith and knowledge of the Son of God as we participate in the Body of Christ here at Cornerstone.

“In Paul's letters to Timothy, he instructs Timothy to teach good theology and combat false teachings. One of the biggest ways he instructs Timothy is how a church should be lead and organized. Through these teachings, we learn that what a church believes will shape how a church lives.”

Thursday Nights Small Groups

During the school year, on every Thursday but the first of the month, we gather at Cornerstone on Thursday nights to fellowship and dive deep into God’s Word or a relevant book pertaining to the Christian life. We go through a lesson in one of these things for the first half hour or so. Afterward, we briefly cover things going on in the church before breaking into small groups. In these small groups, discussion occurs regarding the message or book that we may be covering as a group, typically closing with a time of sharing life and prayer. Alterations to the program may include opening our evening with a time of devotional prayer before getting into the rest of the evening.

Fellowship Nights

Every first Thursday of the month we gather at Cornerstone to hang out, play games, and do life together in a warm, friendly atmosphere. We take these opportunities to spend time with other members of the ministry who are not directly in our life groups. Bring your favorite board game or any snacks you want to enjoy while hanging out.

We hope to see you Thursday night!
