About the Speaker
Arlene is a speaker, podcaster, and author of several books including Parents Rising, 31 Days to a Happy Husband and Calm, Cool, and Connected. She is the host of the Happy Home podcast, and has been featured on the Today Show, Fox & Friends, Wall Street Journal, and Focus on the Family. She and her husband James have three children.
